How to get started with Pilates Reformer

Before joining a Level 1 Pilates Reformer class, we recommend starting with a Pilates Reformer Demo. This 30–45 minute session gives you a preview of what to expect and helps you feel confident before your first class.

After the demo, your trainer will guide you in choosing the right class level.

Pilates Reformer classes are on a subscription basis or single session drop-in.

Small Group Subscription

  • Choose from 5x/month, 10x/month, or unlimited classes per week
  • Paid for via monthly EFT
  • Subscription starts on the 1st of the month following your registration
  • Manage your schedule anytime with our app or website (30-day rolling class registration window)
  • Use your small group subscription on any of our small group experiences.
