We’re excited to share that the Y has transitioned to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, effective March 2025. This upgrade is a key part of our commitment to improving your overall experience with us by enhancing our registration processes and services.


Schedule Online or In-App

You may again make purchases and schedule Wellness experiences both online and in person, as well as through our new YMCA of the North App. This app introduces enhanced features, with additional functionality rolling out later this year.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Single Sign-On

Starting October 2, 2025, you’ll use your Y Community Account login to access both the online Community platform and the program schedules on our website. One password, less hassle—and a more seamless way to stay connected to your wellbeing and your Y. This change does not apply to the YMCA app, please log into the app using your existing credentials.
