Important CRM System Update – March 6, 2025
We're making progress on our new CRM system! We're currently in the important phase of data entry and verification. While this is taking a bit longer than we hoped, the result will be a more accurate and efficient system for everyone.
We'll be opening online registrations in stages. Please check back regularly for the specific program registration opening dates.
Overnight Camp, Teen Wilderness, and Family Camp registration for summer 2025 will resume Monday, March 31.
Day Camp 2025 registration is now open.

Camp FAQ
We have upgraded our registration system! If you are unable to log in to your account, please ensure you have created a new customer account log in for the new system. Before you are able to complete program registration you need to create your new account log in. For successful Y Community Account and log in creation, please use the email address that you used for your account in our previous registration system. Click here for a how-to guide and video for creating your new account.
Please use the link sent to your email to complete your account setup within 24 hours. For security reasons, all links expire after this period. If the link expires, you’ll need to use the “Forgot Password” feature to complete your account setup.
During the registration process, after you have selected your Day Camp sessions and transportation option, you will be directed to a “Questions” page. Here you will need to click on a hyperlink that is titled “Common”. Once you fill in all the required questions under this “Common” section you will then need to select the blue hyperlink that states your Summer Camp session. This will expand questions regarding Friend Requests and other authorized individuals who will be able to pick up your child. Once you have selected your Day Camp session(s), you will need to select your option for bus stop only, before & after care with bus, or no bus needed. Click “OPTIONS” button next to the option you want to register for. Please ensure you select the transportation option for the same week as your day camp session. We’re currently experiencing technical issues with confirmation emails sending once registration is complete and are working to resolve this. Currently, you can expect to receive your emailed confirmation receipt within one business day. If your transaction payment went through, your registration is complete! At the end of the transaction, you will see an option to view and download your receipt. You can view all successfully completed enrollments by logging into your Community Account.
If you’ve been approved for financial assistance, you should have received an email with the code YMCAFA. Here’s how to apply it during registration:
- Click the blue cart icon after you have completed signing all contracts and before you select 'Pay Now'.
- Enter the code YMCAFA in the promo code field.
- Click 'Apply' to see the discounted rate reflected in your cart.
If you have not been approved for financial assistance, the code will not work.
