A refund of program fees is available if you cancel your registration no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday two weeks before your program's start date.
Program deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds are available for changes or cancellations made after 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday two weeks before your program’s start date.
A $10 change fee is assessed to any change made to the original registration, including transportation (where offered). No transportation or care changes accepted less than two weeks before program.
No tuition adjustment will be made for late arrival, early departure or dismissal from camp. No adjustment to registration cost will be made for campers who are tardy, absent from camper days or are restricted due to disciplinary reasons, or inability to manage pre-existing conditions, current illness/injury or dismissal.

These may include, but are not limited to, wilderness area closures, forest fires, flooding, or other climate and environmental hazards that would prevent us from providing a safe and meaningful experience for all participants.

Summer:
- All reservation deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Change requests received at least one month before the session start date may be accommodated, pending availability. Changes include site and session dates within the same camp location.
Fall, Winter and Spring:
- Cancellations made at least one month before the start date will be refunded except for a $50 cancellation fee.
- Site change requests for the same session and camp location made at least one month before the start date will be charged a $25 change fee.
Refunds are not available for meal service cancelations made within one week of the reservation start date.
Refunds and adjustments are not available for late arrivals or early departures, inability to manage pre-existing conditions, illness or injury at the time of the session, or dismissal from camp due to policy violations or behavioral concerns.
Refunds are not available for reservations cut short or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, power outages, inclement weather, forest fires, flooding, or other climate and environmental hazards that would prevent us from providing a safe and meaningful experience for all participants.
A refund of program fees is available if you cancel your registration no later than 11:59 p.m. CT the day before your class, lesson or activity starts.

If there is concern regarding a physical/mental illness or injury that prevents you from participating in the session, a medical provider will need to provide proof of illness or injury to consider a partial refund for the remainder of the session. If you do not contact us by the 2nd missed class, no options will be available.
We cannot refund or credit missed classes due to circumstances that are beyond our control. This may include, but are not limited to, closures/cancellations due to extreme weather, contamination of the pool by other swimmers, and/or other hazards that would prevent us from providing a safe and meaningful experience for all participants. If we need to cancel a class due to staffing or instructor availability, we will issue you a partial credit for the missed class.
A refund of program fees is available if you cancel your event registration no later than 11:59 p.m. CT five days day before your class, lesson, or activity starts.
No refunds are available for cancellations and no changes can be made fewer than five days before your class, lesson, or activity starts.

You can make changes to your child’s sessions to accommodate your schedule. Only permanent changes are allowed. All cancellations and changes are due to customer service in writing no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday, two weeks before the start of the permanent change.
No refunds are available for changes or cancellations made after 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday, two weeks before the start of the permanent change. School Age Care does not allow for vacation or sick days as part of schedule adjustments.
What counts as a change: One request per child is considered one transaction, regardless of how many days are changed (Example: Changing from Mon/Wed/Fri to Tue/Thu = 1 transaction)
Adding Days (Increase Schedule): No change fee. Added days will be approved if space is available.
Reducing or Changing Days: A $25 change fee per child, per transaction, will apply when:
- Reducing days in your schedule
- Changing days (based on availability)
Pricing will adjust based on the new schedule.
Canceling All Care: There is no change fee to cancel. A $50 administrative fee will apply if you re-register later.
Program registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No refunds are available for waitlist registration fees while you remain on the waitlist. You will receive a refund of these fees if you cancel your waitlist spot.
You can make changes to your child's sessions to accommodate your schedule by using the Contact Us form and submitting an email. A refund of program fess is available for changes or cancellations completed no later than 11:59pm CT on the Monday, two weeks before the start of the week of care.
No refunds are available for changes or cancellations made after 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday two weeks before the start of the week of care. We cannot refund or credit due to circumstances that are beyond our control. No refunds are available of program fee deposits.
YMCA of the North reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any program without notice. YMCA of the North is not responsible for costs incurred by a participant in preparing for a program that has been altered or canceled.
